For years, I lived disconnected from myself and playing by the rules - good girl, high-achiever, hustle-mentality, corporate-ladder-climber, master of people-pleasing and perfectionism.

But even though I looked “successful” on the outside, I was drowning in unhealed trauma, self-abandonment wounds, codependency patterns in relationship, alcohol abuse, and behaviors that kept me out of my power.

My spiritual awakening began over a decade ago, leading me to yoga, personal development, energy work, shadow work, plant medicine, and deep, deep healing. I learned that transformation isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about returning to who you’ve always been.

Now, I’m a self-reclamation mentor, shadow alchemist, and intuitive coach for soul-led women who are done playing small + ready to live in alignment with who they actually are.
